The compare and convey conveyancing programme is run by Legals Direct Limited.
Legals Direct Limited receives instructions from three distribution channels, firstly the public direct through various conveyancing web sites, secondly, from mortgage brokers, IFA's and estate agents.
We aim to provide transparent quotes through our program and ask all our solicitor partners to agree to our price promise that the client pays what is illustrated within their quotation. We will allow an increase in price for unforeseen circumstances such as if VAT, disbursements, land registry fees or other charges have changed by the date required for payment. In these situations we would ask the solicitor to liaise directly with the client.
