Many other conveyancing sites will provide a conveyancing quote showing a single price excluding vat and more importantly disbursements . So don't be fooled in to thinking you can get conveyancing quote for a single price as shown by many sites - they are clearly misleading you!

e.g. A simple search in Google will display conveyancing costs for £195.00 it's not until you instruct this solicitor that you realise you have disbursements such as bank transfer fee, office copies, verification checks, bankruptcy search fees... and more.
